Laptop Batterys no like long plug in

It's true it's true.
A simple mistake
Leave you laptop plugged in for two long, and it will get messed up
I know this from experience.  Left my laptop plugged in for like 5 months.
First time I unplugged it...wouldn't last more then 5 whole minutes...ironic ain't it

Plus, it's also greener if you unplug it once in a while.  A plugged in laptop will eat power, causing more carbon and so on.  So please be green with your tech.  Save the earth, and 120 dollars.  Cause that is what I had to pay to get a brand new laptop batteries.

For those who had this happen, and need a new one.
Here's a list of prices

There is a 'Second Life' ?

Why yes, yes there is dear friends.

A second life is a free to play 'meta verse' [Virtual Fictional World] game/chat.
People from around the world, lifestyles class whatever.  Doesn't matter what you are in your First Life, cause in Second Life [SL], it is your second chance.

Now, what can you do with second life.   I mean, come on, it's a whole other world to make yourself in, there's gotta be stuff to do within it right?  There is, plenty of stuff to do.

One odd thing, is education.  That is right, you can Learn.

A short video made by a teacher from REAL LIFE with about six minutes in length.   Explaining a great deal of what you can do in second life that has educational merit.  From building, history, theater, business, game design, art and more.    I'm gonna describe a few of them at lest

 - Business, you can own your own in second life.  From stores, shopping centers.  Even own your own and run your very own club within second life with your very own work force.   A big thing.
 - History, just visit a period Sim.  From ancient Rome, to Feudal Japan.  All possible to visit, even interact and become a part of.  Making history come alive for many.
 - Art, it's possible to upload and showcase your artwork within second life.  Even 3D design with full motion that people can look at easily.

So far, I've been in second life for at lest 3 years, and I gotta say.  I've never regretted a minute of it.  Not at all, I've made friends, people who I would consider family.  Course not blood family, but close enough.  Sometimes for some people even more, or at lest for me it has been that way.    For in game, I have a virtual family, that I love truly.  Just as if I known them all my life and more.

Now if you want to find out more information, you can head directly to the site itself:

Deviantart skinny

Deviantart, or a DA for short.  An awesome website that happens to be very similar to a 'myspace.'   Heck, it's also similar to a 'blogger' in a lot of points.
But, you gotta be asking, if it's so similar what makes it so special, so unique?

Simply put, it is made for artists.

I know you can post your artwork [photographs, digital, writing, 3D renders and so on.  Even flash, ASCII and more] up on a blogger, sure.  All fine and dandy like.  But, a deviantart is made to handle art in different ways;
 - From categories, types, even groups.  So it's simpler to search what type of art your looking for.  With a blogger or myspace.  It's more of a shot in the dark if your looking for a good artist.
 - Copyrights/Watermarks.  You heard me, you can place a copyright on your artwork.  That handles artwork thefts pretty well, so even if they use it without your permission.  You can sent the law to attack them, always a fun event.  Add a big old watermark with your deviantart URL right in the middle of the picture with there logo.
 - Groups is simple enough.  You can set one up, so you and people with similar interests can share art.
 - Products.  Simply awesome.  You can post your artworks up for 'Prints' and they'll do all the work.  From printing the piece, shipping and collecting the money.  And you get paid for it.  If you like, you can even accept commissions up on there.   Two ways for artists to get known quickly.
 - Google, one of the worlds most popular web-browsers, and if you get a DA.  It'll be there.  If a person searches for a picture, or a subject.  And yours matches it, Google will show it to the person.

Now, for those who need an example to look at, or just curious..
